Offer validity period: 30 days after offer date

In addition to the provisions in this offer, the General Terms and Conditions for IT Services (Published by Tech Sverige) and ZBRIQ's supplementary special provisions apply.
Software is invoiced in connection with the delivery of license keys from a third party to ZBRIQ.

When the delivery is put into production, the Customer has two weeks to point out errors/deficiencies with the offer, otherwise ZBRIQ considers the delivery to be approved for delivery.
Products are invoiced upon delivery from our warehouse.
VAT is added to all prices.
Payment must be made no later than 30 days after the invoice date. If payment is made after the due date, late payment interest will be charged according to law.
Freight is charged according to actual costs.

Any chemical tax and private copying fee will be added with actual cost.

Prices are adjusted annually at the turn of each calendar year according to the Swedish Statistics Sweden's Labour cost index (LCI tim)
The supplier is entitled to compensation for subsistence costs according to the general travel agreement for civil servants.

The supplier may once a year from the new calendar year change agreed prices for services and hourly fees in accordance with the change in the harmonized consumer price index (HICP) for the country where the service is produced.

The price adjustment is calculated by multiplying the current price of services by the percentage change in HICP from the previous period. If HICP decreases, the price of services will also decrease. If the HICP increases, the price of services will also increase. If the HICP does not change, the price of services will remain unchanged.

Furthermore, the Supplier is entitled to increase the prices for Services and products and in addition to that to change the prices with immediate effect, without the Customer having the right to terminate the Agreement, if: (i) 3rd party suppliers of products or software included in the Services have increased their prices or license fees; (ii) legislation, currency change, monetary or exchange policy measures or other government measures result in increased costs for the Supplier; or (iii) general cost increase for ZBRIQ provision of Services, as a result of the Customer requesting changed content in the Service. Price adjustment according to (i)-(iii) shall be proportional in relation to the Supplier's cost increase.
